Project Surveillance, Inc. is requesting quotes from qualified MBE, WBE, and DBE Subcontractors to provide Professional Construction Inspection for the following project: "WWTF No.1 Solids Processing & Sludge Dewatering Improvements Project" for the San Jacinto River Authority. Scope of work includes mechanical inspection, electrical inspection, instrumentation and control inspection and environmental inspection. Sealed bids will be accepted until Wednesday July 11, 2018 at 3p.m. at the office of Project Surveillance, Inc. at 9822 Whithorn Dr., Suite A, Houston, TX 77095. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. There will be no pre-bid conference associated with this project.
